OFRU Recycling has a worldwide leadership position in the production of professional vacuum distillation units for recovery of inflammable as well as water-based solvents. Innovative technology of ASC series vacuum distillation units is a successful result of over 30 year work with customers from different kinds of industries. Over 1000 customers worldwide appreciate the advantages of OFRU ASCs: safety and reliability, German quality and low maintenance, long endurance and high-quality materials. OFRU solvent recovery systems use the principle of low-energy vacuum distillation. The process consists of two steps: evaporation of contaminated solvents and condensation of the vapors. Solid impurities stay in the vessel and the clean product can be collected in a tank or a drum. ASC distillation units were especially developed for companies which plan to recover from 300 till 100.000 liters of solvent per day. All systems consist of the vessel with conical bottom, scraper system and integrated powerful steam generator. Application of external heating sources like thermal oil, steam or hot water is also possible. Moreover, all distillation units can be equipped with rectification column and reflux system for the fluid/fluid separation.
